One woman among almost 7 billion inhabitants of this planet. Deflections, reflections, impressions and expressions. An endless journey to nowhere.

carissima
ispirata da qualcuno che ha postato una lettera, pensavo.
cara magnolia, se non ti vuoi bene tu che te ne puo' volere?
Carissimo Pinocchio
amico dei giorni più lieti
di tutti i miei segreti
che confidavo a te.
Carissimo Pinocchio
ricordi quand'ero bambina?
Nel bianco mio lettino
ti guardai, ti sfogliai, ti sognai.
Carissimo Pinocchio
amico dei giorni più lieti
con tutti i miei segreti
resti ancor nel mio cuor
come allor.

troppo impegnata a vivere e essere felice
Perché accettare le pecche, gli errori, le abitudini vergognose di un paese che non è il tuo è più facile.
on danse
Then we dance
Then we dance
Then we dance
Who says school means work
Who says work means money,
Who says money means spending
Who says credit means debt,
Who says debt means bailiff,
Means sitting in the shit.
Who says love means kids,
Says always and means divorce ...
Who says family means grief, because problems never come alone.
Who says crisis means the world crisis, means famine, means third world.
Who says tiredness means waking up still deaf from the sleepless night,
So we just go out to forget all the problems...
Then we dance...
Then we dance
Then we dance
Who says school means work

gastarbeiter
Son ritornati quei tempi
gli stessi di quasi cent'anni fa
noi eravamo emigranti
la Germania ci offrì ospitalità
per far campare quei figli
fatti di sangue e di umanità
ora noi siam testimoni
di quella forte verità
Ci chiamavano Gastarbeiter
eravamo noi i gatarbeiter
ci chiamavano gastarbeiter
eravamo noi i gastarbeiter
Ci confrontiam coi fratelli
venuti in Italia per lavorar
i fatti sono sempre quelli:
serve solidarietà
adesso c'è chi non ricorda
chi la tolleranza non sa cos'è
ma Arabi, Indiani e Africani
sono proprio come te!
Resta così semplice
pensare che ogni cosa
c'ha bisogno di un ricordo elementare
che non ha regole ne' considerazione
se il pensiero è il movimento
fino a dove c'è emozione

dovresti fare un bel doccione
Smelly Cat, Smelly Cat,
What are they feeding you?
Smelly Cat, Smelly Cat
It's not your fault
They won't take you to the vet
You're obviously not their favorite pet
Smelly Cat, Smelly Cat,
It's not your fault
You may not be a bed of roses
You're not friend to those with noses
I'll miss you before we're done
Or the world will smell as one
Smelly Cat, Smelly Cat,
What are they feeding you?
Smelly Cat, Smelly Cat
It's not your fault
One, two, what's that smell?
Smelly Cat, Smelly Cat,
What are they feeding you?
Smelly Cat, Smelly Cat
You're getting fat
I think that I'm gonna be sick
It's your ears, and nose and pick
Part of it, tempt me
One, two, what's that smell?
All the dogs in the neighborhood
Are saying this for your own good
What, you're fat, so you can't run
No fun, I bet, No fun
Smelly Cat, Smelly Cat,
Porno makes you eat like that
I saw you in the shopping mall
Smelly Cat, Smelly Cat,
It's not your fault,
Smelly Cat, Smelly Cat,
It's not your fault
Smelly Cat, Smelly Cat,
It's not your fault
We know what was in your food
They say it might affect your mood
You smell like something dead
What are they feeding you?
Smelly Cat, Smelly Cat
It's not your fault
They won't take you to the vet

maddalena
I pedaled as fast as I could... as if I were escaping from longing, from innocence, from her. Time has passed, and I have loved many women. And as they've held me close... and asked if I will remember them I've said, "Yes, I will remember you." But the only one I've never forgotten is the one who never asked... Malena.
...how true...
those memories which we all have and involve mainly people who would not expect that.
- that colleague of my father which was born on my same day and gave me a stuffed lion (which i still have)
- that guy which was with me in junior high and I liked so much, and I kept the flowers which he gave me on women's day
- that girlfriend of mine with whom we pretended to kiss as in the movies when I was 8 and she was 11
- red-haired F., which was such a sweet 16, 3 years younger than me. and now i happened to hear how he ended up. sad
- and that guy who kissed me for the first time. so damn good looking, so experienced, so handsome and evil
- that PhD student which was making my hormones go crazy
- ...
Buona fortuna, signora Malèna.
